Changes to this policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website, the services I use or relevant legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Your right to cancel

When you buy goods online, you normally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at:

paulbinnionphoto@icloud.com

Once you have told me that you wish to cancel, I will provide instructions for returning the item where a return is required.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, I will refund the relevant payment within the period required by law. Refunds normally include the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.

Photographic prints

All photographic prints sold through this website are produced to order.

A print being produced to order does not by itself mean that you lose your statutory consumer rights. Where a legal right to cancel applies, it will continue to apply.

If a print arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to resolve the problem.

Faulty or damaged goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact me with details of the problem. Where appropriate, I may ask for photographs of the damage or fault so that I can investigate it with the relevant supplier.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. UK consumer law does not allow businesses to exclude responsibility for faulty goods or goods that are not as described.

Greeting cards, books and calendars

Standard greeting cards, books and calendars purchased online are subject to the same applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights as other goods sold online.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me and I will arrange an appropriate solution.

Terms and Conditions

Orders

By placing an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

I will confirm your order and provide the relevant order information electronically.

I reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with an order, including an error in pricing, availability or delivery information.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£).

The price displayed for a product is the price payable for that product at the time of ordering, subject to any clearly stated promotional offer.

Postage and packaging are included in the price of photographic prints unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Photographic prints are produced to order, so please allow up to seven days for delivery.

Delivery times can vary depending on the product, print size, supplier and destination.

If you need a print by a particular date, please contact me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible.

For other products, the relevant delivery information will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Orders will normally be delivered within the period agreed at the time of purchase and, where no different period has been agreed, within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property and copyright

All photographs, images, written content and other original material on this website are the copyright of Paul Binnion Photography unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, download, modify, distribute or use my photographs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a photographic print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Website content

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but information such as event dates, product availability and delivery times may change.

Photographs shown on screen may also appear slightly different from physical prints because of differences between screens and printing processes.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

In particular, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
